One Week Package- By Phone

This package is great for families who have sleep trained before or for those who have a decent understanding of infant/toddler sleep to begin with. Babies begin to make progress after one week of sleep training, but typically there’s still adjustments that need to be made. If you feel that you can stay consistent with the sleep plan and make slight adjustments on your own after the initial week of support, this plan is for you!

This package includes:
  •    A comprehensive assessment to evaluate your child’s current sleep routine, as well as an outline of your concerns and goals.
  • A 60-minute video call with me, we will talk about the “Sleep Form” you answered, then we will discuss the custom sleep plan that I will create for your family. You will get to voice your concerns, ask any and all questions you have.
  • An in depth, custom to your child, written sleep plan that will help you know exactly what you will need to do in order to meet your sleep goals (sent to you within 48 hours.)
  • Access to a daily sleep log to track your child’s progress.
  • 1 (15 minute) phone call the first night of sleep training. Parents can decide to have me call anytime from the hours of 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm on the day of sleep training.
  • 1 follow-up phone calls (15 minutes) to ask any questions you have (or that are “too long to text”) and then receive the cheering you deserve.
  • Available for texting from the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. (Monday -Friday)
